Registration Instructions
Step 1
Every registration includes a free t-shirt! Choose the size you want and it will be shipped to you before the conference.
Step 2
Click the Begin Registration button to start the application process.
Step 3
Fill in all of the information. DON’T FORGET your license # it is needed to get credit.
Step 4
Press the Proceed to Paypal button and make the payment. Your order will then be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it is complete.
