FRESNO, California (April 16, 2026) – AgroPlantae, which serves the plant nutrition specialties industry with innovative, sustainable solutions to help crops overcome biotic and abiotic challenges and to restore soil and plant vitality to ensure high crop yields, has acquired the product portfolio of Kemin Crop Technologies, which provides growers with premium botanical-based biopesticides, plant nutrition, and soil health solutions designed for specialty crops, greenhouse production, and real-world agronomic challenges.
AgroPlantae President and CEO Angelo Paolucci founded the company in 2009 to address the real struggles of farmers worldwide who were facing poor soil and climate conditions. Since its founding 17 years ago, AgroPlantae has demonstrated its commitment to research and innovation and established itself as a partner to growers, working with them to anticipate and overcome the plant growth stressors impacting their crops’ genetic potential.

To ensure continuity and maintain the highest level of support for customers, Kemin Crop Technologies’ sales managers will also become part of AgroPlantae while remaining in their current territories in service to current customers.
